I don’t usually sum my day up, but today has been a mixed bag of emotions – good, bad, ugly, helping, being productive, being frustrated.
Good – I was introduced to a new discussion group today and left with a smile on my face ready for bed.
Bad – I received a letter from HMRC telling me I owe them more money than I did previously and then get a reality check of my finances due to being ill.
Ugly – I need to replace that mirror on the landing as I don’t like what I see in it
Helping – That feeling of purpose when you go to work in a morning for an hour (albeit unpaid) and help someone use a new piece of kit.
Productive – Met with my business partner and implemented something that finally worked, rather than talking and getting nowhere with it.
Frustrated – A nice day for gardening, yet I’m not up to it.
